Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of liposuction combined with bipolar radiofrequency in contour shaping for patients with faciocervical fat sag. Methods A total of 80 patients with faciocervical fat sag admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with negative pressure liposuction technology, and the observation group was treated with liposuction combined with bipolar radiofrequency technology. The clinical related indicators, pain degree, Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GAIS) score and surgical satisfaction of patients and physicians were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, incision healing time and ecchymosis subsidence time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The GAIS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The surgical satisfaction of patients and physicians in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Liposuction combined with bipolar radiofrequency has a good effect in contour shaping for patients with faciocervical fat sag. It has the advantages of little trauma, low postoperative pain and fast recovery, which is conducive to improving the overall aesthetic improvement, and the patients and physicians are highly satisfied with the surgical results.
