Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Yupingfeng Powder combined with mometasone furoate Cream in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis in children. Methods: A total of 160 children with facial allergic dermatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group (mometasone furoate cream) and the study group (mometasone furoate cream combined with modified Yapingfeng Powder), with 80 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects, symptom relief time and immune inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The relief time of skin redness, swelling, itching, wheals and peeling in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-13 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while IFN-γ was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The modified Yupingfeng Powder combined with mometasone furoate cream has a better therapeutic effect on children with facial allergic dermatitis. It can promote the rapid relief of symptoms and regulate the expression of immune inflammatory factors in the body.
