Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of digital impression in single crown implant restoration of oral posterior teeth. Methods A total of 60 patients with single crown implant restoration of oral posterior teeth admitted to Jiangyin People’s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional impression technology, and the observation group was treated with digital impression technology. The clinical efficacy, deviation value of implant measurement site, comfort and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The mesiodistal distance deviation and angular deviation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The comfort score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the VAS score at 3 days and 1 month after surgery was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of digital impression technology in single crown implant restoration of oral posterior teeth is good, which can not only improve the implant restoration accuracy and comfort, but also reduce the degree of pain.
