Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration personalized nursing based on WeChat platform on periodontal health and aesthetic effect in patients with anterior crossbite. Methods A total of 100 patients with anterior crossbite admitted to Hefei Stomatological Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaboration personalized nursing based on the WeChat platform. The periodontal health, aesthetic effect, nursing compliance, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of periodontal pocket depth, gingival index and plaque index in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of color matching, morphological contour and gloss texture in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The number of follow-up visits and the frequency of oral cleaning in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group (100.00%) was better than that in the control group (88.00%) (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (2.00%) was lower than that in the control group (14.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaboration personalized nursing based on WeChat platform can improve the periodontal health, aesthetic effect and treatment compliance of patients with bracketless invisible orthodontics, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of application.
