Abstract:Psoriasis vulgaris is a common skin disease. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and classification, the blood-heat syndrome accounts for a relatively high proportion. In the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome, traditional Chinese medicine methods show definite advantages. Taking the traditional Chinese medicine bath method as an example, the therapy has the characteristics of non-invasiveness and no need for oral administration. The medicine can directly act on the skin lesions, and regulate the whole body and local qi and blood circulation through the potency, so as to achieve the purpose of treating the disease. Based on previous relevant research results, this article summarizes the application status of traditional Chinese medicine bath in patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome, aiming to provide references for deeply clinical understanding of the disease and clarification of the treatment mechanism and methods of traditional Chinese medicine bath.
