Abstract:Platelet rich plasma (PRP) and dot matrix laser are two important technologies in the field of dermatology. PRP is obtained by centrifuging autologous whole blood and is rich in various bioactive components, which can promote tissue repair; Dot matrix laser is based on selective photothermal action, which initiates the "damage repair" mechanism of the skin through micro thermal damage. This article introduces the technical principles of platelet rich plasma and dot matrix laser, focusing on the application progress of their combination in scar repair, anti-aging and skin improvement, sensitive muscle repair, and hair loss treatment. It also explores their synergistic mechanisms in repair acceleration, inflammation control, and increased collagen deposition, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the optimization and clinical application of related treatment plans in the field of skin beauty.
