Objective To study the clinical effect of repairing adjacent flaps after eyelid tumour resection. Methods: Taking 62 patients treated by eyelid tumour resection from January 2023 to December 2024 in Yancheng City Dafeng People"s Hospital as the research subjects, the random numbers were grouped. The control group (31 cases) was directly sutured after surgery; the observation group (31 cases) was repaired with neighbouring flaps after surgery; Record and compare the perioperative indicators of the two groups of patients, evaluate the scars of the two groups of patients before and after surgery, and observe and count the incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups of patients. Results The rupture time of the lacrimal membrane after surgery in the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the height of the lacrimal membrane was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). After evaluation, the postoperative scar score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (p<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: After eyelid tumour resection, the repair treatment of neighbouring flaps can effectively improve clinical indicators, repair scars, and reduce complications, which is worth learning from.
