    目的 探究骨劈开配合骨挤压术在口腔种植骨增量中的应用及对种植稳定性以及安全性的影响。 方法 选择2022年6月-2023年11月于宜都分路碑呀科口腔诊所行口腔种植骨增量治疗的60例患者为研究 对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组实施引导骨组织再生术治疗,观察组在 对照组基础上联合骨劈开配合骨挤压术治疗,比较两组种植体存留率、伤口愈合时间、牙槽骨质量、牙周指标 及并发症发生情况。结果 两组种植体存留率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);观察组伤口愈合时间短于 对照组(P <0.05);观察组植入后3、6个月牙槽骨宽度、高度、密度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组植入后 6个月SBI、GI、PLI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口腔 种植骨增量治疗中,应用骨劈开配合骨挤压术治疗可提升临床疗效、种植稳定性及安全性,提高牙槽骨质 量,改善患者牙周情况。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application of bone splitting technique combined with bone condensing technique in oral implant bone augmentation and its effect on implant stability and safety. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent oral implant bone augmentation treatment at Yidu Fenlubei Yake Dental Clinic from June 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received guided bone regeneration technique treatment, and the observation group received the combined treatment of bone splitting technique and bone condensing technique on the basis of the control group. The implant survival rate, wound healing time, alveolar bone quality, periodontal indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the implant survival rate between the two groups (P >0.05). The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The width, height and density of the alveolar bone at 3 and 6 months after implantation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The scores of SBI, GI and PLI at 6 months after implantation in the observation group were all better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of the bone splitting technique combined with bone condensing technique in the treatment of oral implant bone augmentation can improve the clinical efficacy, implant stability and safety, enhance the alveolar bone quality, and improve the periodontal condition of patients.
