    目的 探究渐进式健康教育联合心理认知护理对乳房术后患者乳房美观度及心理状态的影响。 方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月东莞市厚街医院接受乳房手术患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组 和观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合渐进式健康教育+心理认知护理, 比较两组乳房美观度、心理状态、健康行为及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组乳房美观度中对称性、乳房 形态与垂直度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组护理后SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05);两组护理后体育运动、压力管理、人际关系、营养、精神成长、健康责 任评分高于护理前,且观察组护理后体育运动、压力管理、人际关系、营养、精神成长、健康责任评分高 于对照组(P <0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率的15.00%比较,观察组不良反应发生率更低,仅为2.50% (P <0.05)。结论 渐进式健康教育联合心理认知护理能提高乳房术后患者乳房美观度,改善负性情绪, 培养健康的生活方式,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of progressive health education combined with psychological cognitive nursing on breast aesthetics and psychological state in patients after breast surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent breast surgery in Houjie Hospital of Dongguan from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received progressive health education combined with psychological cognitive nursing on the basis of the control group. The breast aesthetics, psychological state, health behavior and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of symmetry, breast shape and verticality in breast aesthetics in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of physical exercise, stress management, interpersonal relationships, nutrition, spiritual growth and health responsibility in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the scores of physical exercise, stress management, interpersonal relationships, nutrition, spiritual growth and health responsibility in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions of 15.00% in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, only 2.50% (P <0.05). Conclusion Progressive health education combined with psychological cognitive nursing can improve the breast aesthetics in patients after breast surgery, alleviate negative emotions, cultivate a healthy lifestyle, and reduce the incidence of postoperative co mplications, which is worthy of clinical application.
