Abstract:: Objective: To analyze the application effect of local flap treatment. Methods: 70 patients with periocular aesthetic and plastic surgery admitted to the hospital from February 2023 to March 2025 were randomly divided into groups. The control group was treated with traditional flap transplantation, while the observation group was treated with local flap treatment. The differences in postoperative complication rates, incision healing conditions, eyelid function recovery conditions, and treatment satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group (P < 0.05).the excellent and good rate of incision healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); Observation group eyelid functional recovery was higher than the control group (P < 0.05); Observation group treatment satisfaction is higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Local flap treatment for periocular aesthetic and plastic surgery can promote incision healing, accelerate eyelid function recovery, and has fewer postoperative complications and high safety, which can be promoted for use.
