Abstract:Objective: This study investigated the efficacy of combining 4Dpro device therapy with botulinum toxin injections for anti-aging facial treatment. Methods: A cohort of 80 patients undergoing facial rejuvenation between June 2023 and June 2025 was randomly assigned using a digital randomization system. The control group (40 cases) received botulinum toxin injections, while the study group (40 cases) underwent combined 4Dpro device therapy and botulinum toxin injections. Comparative analyses were conducted on treatment outcomes, clinical parameters, facial improvement metrics, and adverse reaction rates between groups. Results: The study group demonstrated a significantly higher treatment success rate (97.50%) compared to the control group (82.50%, P<0.05). Both the onset time and duration of therapeutic effects were shorter in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). Facial scores post-treatment were lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05), with fewer adverse reactions observed (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of introducing 4Dpro instrument treatment + Botox injection treatment in anti-aging of facial skin is remarkable, which can improve the facial beauty of patients, prolong the duration of action, and has high safety, which is of significance for promotion.
