Objective: To verify the clinical value of applying facial rotating flaps in the repair of maxillofacial tumors after resection by comparing the repair treatments of facial rotating flaps and forearm flaps. Methods: The selection period was from 2021 to 2024. A total of 52 patients with maxillofacial tumors in our hospital were selected and investigated respectively through the random number table method. The sampling period was from 2021 to 2024. A total of52 patients with maxillofacial tumors in our hospital were selected. All patients received facial rotating flap treatment. The repair effect was evaluated by comparing the relevant clinical indicators of the patients before and after the operation. Result: All perioperative indicators were relatively stable after treatment. The postoperative satisfaction evaluation, aesthetic score and scar score were significantly better than those before the operation, with P < 0.05. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion: The application of facial rotating flaps in the repair after maxillofacial tumor resection has a remarkable effect. It not only optimizes perioperative indicators, but also reduces the occurrence of complications and postoperative scars, and has received unanimous praise from patients.
