    目的 比较树脂嵌体和金属预成冠修复根管治疗儿童乳磨牙大面积缺损的疗效。方法 选取2020年 1月-2024年1月我院诊治的40例乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究 组,各组20例。对照组采用金属预成冠修复,研究组采用树脂嵌体修复,比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能、 牙周健康指标(牙龈指数、菌斑指数)、并发症发生率。结果 研究组修复成功率为95.00%,与对照组的 90.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后最大咬合接触面积、咬合力、咀嚼效率均大于治 疗前,且研究组大于对照组(P <0.05);研究组牙龈指数、菌斑指数均小于对照组(P <0.05);研究组 并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论 金属预成冠修复根管治疗儿童乳磨牙大面 积缺损的效果更理想,可提高咀嚼功能,改善牙周健康,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To compare the efficacy of resin inlay and prefabricated metal crown in the restoration of large defect of deciduous molar in children after root canal treatment. Methods A total of 40 children with large defect of deciduous molar diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the research group by the random number table method, with 20 children in each group. The control group was treated with prefabricated metal crown restoration, and the research group was treated with resin inlay restoration. The clinical efficacy, masticatory function, periodontal health indicators (gingival index, plaque index) and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The restoration success rate of the research group was 95.00%, compared with 90.00% of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The maximum occlusal contact area, occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the two groups after treatment were greater than those before treatment, and those of the research group were greater than those of the control group (P <0.05). The gingival index and plaque index of the research group were smaller than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the research group was 5.00%, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The prefabricated metal crown restoration is more effective in in the restoration of large defect of deciduous molar in children after root canal treatment. It can improve masticatory function, improve periodontal health, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
