Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of skin grafting surgery combined with scar plastic surgery on scar condition and satisfaction in burn patients. Methods A total of 100 burn patients admitted to the No.1 People's Hospital of Shizuishan from January 2022 to January 25 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with skin grafting surgery, and the experimental group was treated with skin grafting surgery combined with scar plastic surgery. The skin graft survival rate, reoperation rate, scar condition, scar hyperplasia and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The skin graft survival rate (96.00%) of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (78.00%), and the reoperation rate (2.00%) was lower than that of the reference group (16.00%) (P <0.05). The scores of scar color, thickness, softness and blood vessel distribution in the experimental group after operation were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The proportion of mild hyperplasia in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group, and the proportions of moderate and severe hyperplasia were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined application of skin grafting surgery and scar plastic surgery in burn patients can effectively improve the scar repair effect and skin graft survival rate, improve the scar condition, reduce scar hyperplasia, lower the reoperation rate, and increase the satisfaction of patients.
