Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of collagen and sodium hyaluronate filling in the treatment of periorbital skin wrinkles. Methods A total of 76 patients with periorbital skin wrinkles admitted to Shenzhen Bo'ai Shuguang Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into the control group and the study group, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate filling, and the study group was treated with collagen filling. The periorbital skin wrinkle status, treatment effect and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of static and dynamic periorbital skin wrinkles in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group (97.37%) was higher than that in the control group (81.58%) (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction rate in the study group (97.37%) was higher than that in the control group (81.58%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Collagen filling treatment is more effective than sodium hyaluronate filling treatment in patients with periorbital skin wrinkles. It has a better effect in reducing periorbital skin wrinkles, with higher treatment efficacy and higher patient aesthetic satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
