Abstract:【】Objective:Explore the therapeutic effects of ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser and Nd: YAG laser on concave acne scars and their effects on serum levels of interleukin-1 β and tumor necrosis factor - α.Methods:122 patients with depressed acne scars were selected and randomly divided into a study group (treated with ultra pulsed CO2 fractional laser, n=61) and a control group (treated with Nd: YAG laser, n=61) using a random number table method. The wound recovery time, skin barrier function, serum IL-1 β and TNF - α, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the study group had a shorter duration of redness, scabbing, and inflammatory pigment deposition (PIH) (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group had higher skin moisture content after one course of treatment (P<0.05), lower oil and transdermal water loss (TWEL), and lower serum IL-1 β and TNF - α levels (P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was not statistically significant compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Nd: YAG laser treatment for concave acne scars, ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser treatment has better efficacy, can improve clinical symptoms more quickly, enhance skin aesthetics and barrier function, and reduce inflammation.
