Abstract:Objective To study the effect of auricular acupoint combined with scraping in patients with acne. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial acne admitted to Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser, and the observation group received auricular acupoint combined with scraping treatment. The clinical efficacy, scar condition, clinical symptom scores and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of congestion, scar thickness and scar pliability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of itching, erythema and papule pustule symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 22.50% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Auricular acupoint combined with scraping has a good effect in the treatment of facial acne patients, which can improve facial scar conditions, effectively reduce clinical symptoms, and has a low incidence of complications. It is worthy of c linical application. [Key words] Auricular acupoint; Scraping; Facial acne;
