Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of specific immunotherapy combined with Yu Ping Feng granules in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 75 patients in each group. The control group received specific immunotherapy, and the observation group received specific immunotherapy combined with Yu Ping Feng granules. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom improvement and symptom relief time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.33%, which was higher than 88.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of EASI and SCORAD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The relief time of skin dryness, pruritus, erythema and papules in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of specific immunotherapy combined with Yu Ping Feng granules in the treatment of atopic dermatitis can improve the clinical treatment effect, effectively and rapidly improve symptoms, and alleviate the severity of the disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
