Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of modified Yu Ping Feng San combined with mometasone furoate cream on immunoinflammatory factors in children with facial allergic dermatitis. Methods A total of 160 children with facial allergic dermatitis admitted to Baiyin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group, with 80 children in each group. The control group received mometasone furoate cream treatment, and the study group received mometasone furoate cream combined with modified Yu Ping Feng San treatment. The immunoinflammatory factors, treatment effect and symptom relief time were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-13 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of IFN-γ was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 86.25% in the control group (P <0.05). The relief time of skin redness, itching, wheals and peeling in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Modified Yu Ping Feng San combined with mometasone furoate cream has a good effect in the treatment of children with facial allergic dermatitis. It can effectively regulate the expression of immunoinflammatory factors and promote rapid symptom relief, which is worthy of clinical application.
