    摘要:

    在口腔医学研究生教育中,专业型与学术型研究生的培养目标存在本质差异,但当前培养体系存在“同质化”问题,具体表现为专业型研究生临床思维与实践能力不足、学术型研究生科研转化能力薄弱。本文以口腔学术学位研究生为核心,结合“医教协同”“健康中国2030”等国家最新政策文件精神,分析当前培养模式的痛点,提出以导师团队为载体的协同培养路径,通过明确“医教研”三者在学术型研究生培养中的功能定位,强化科研思维与转化能力训练,同时对比专业型研究生的临床能力培养重点,最终构建差异化、高质量的口腔研究生培养体系,为口腔医学人才分层培养提供实践参考。

    Abstract:

    In postgraduate education for stomatology (oral medicine), the training objectives for professional degree and academic degree postgraduates are fundamentally distinct. However, the current training system suffers from a problem of "uniformity," manifested specifically in the insufficient clinical reasoning and practical skills of professional degree postgraduates and the weak translational research capabilities of academic degree postgraduates. Focusing on academic degree postgraduates in stomatology, and aligning with the latest national policy directives such as "Integration of Medical Education and Healthcare" and "Healthy China 2030," this paper analyzes the pain points of the current training model. It proposes a collaborative training pathway centered on mentor teams. By clarifying the functional positioning of "medical practice, education, and research" within the training of academic degree postgraduates and strengthening training in scientific thinking and translational capabilities, while contrasting these with the focus on clinical competency development for professional degree postgraduates, the paper ultimately aims to construct a differentiated, high-quality postgraduate training system for stomatology. This provides practical insights for the stratified cultivation of oral healthcare professionals.
