    目的 探究强脉冲光联合CO2点阵激光对面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕的改善效果。方法 选取东部 战区总医院第二派驻门诊部皮肤科2024年1月-7月收治的60例接受面部美容缝合术的患者为研究对象,采 用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用面容缝合+硅酮胶涂抹进行干预,观察组在 对照组的基础上联合强脉冲光、CO2点阵激光进行干预,比较两组临床疗效、瘢痕和色斑面积、临床症 状评分、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%(P <0.05);观察组 瘢痕及色斑面积均小于对照组(P <0.05);观察组ECCA评分及急性炎症反应半定量评分均低于对照组 (P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论 在面部美容缝合术 后早期瘢痕预防中,采用强脉冲光+CO2点阵激光能够切实提高患者的临床疗效,减少不良反应的发生情 况,改善临床症状,同时能够有效缩小瘢痕及色斑面积,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the improvement effect of intense pulsed light combined with CO2 fractional laser on early scar after facial cosmetic suture. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent facial cosmetic suture in the Department of Dermatology, the Second Stationed Outpatient Department of General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from January to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was intervened with facial suture+silicone gel application, and the observation group was intervened with intense pulsed light and CO2 fractional laser on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, scar and pigmentation area, clinical symptom scores and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P <0.05). The scar and pigmentation areas of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group (P <0.05). The ECCA score and acute inflammatory response semi-quantitative score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the prevention of early scar after facial cosmetic suture, the application of intense pulsed light combined with CO2 fractional laser can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve clinical symptoms, and effectively reduce the area of scar and pigmentation, which is worthy of clinical application.
