    目的 分析亚甲蓝联合800 nm半导体激光治疗腋臭的临床效果和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2023年 6月-2024年9月我院门诊收治的58例腋臭患者的临床资料,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组 29例。对照组采用800 nm半导体激光治疗,观察组采用腋窝皮下注射亚甲蓝联合800 nm半导体激光治 疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况和生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(96.55%)高于 对照组(79.31%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(27.59%)高于对照组 (17.24%),但差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);观察组治疗6个月后DLQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计 学意义(P <0.05)。结论 采用亚甲蓝联合800 nm半导体激光治疗腋臭,疗效确切且实用性强,能有效提 高患者的生活质量,为腋臭患者提供一种安全、快捷、有效的治疗方案。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of methylene blue combined with 800 nm semiconductor laser in the treatment of axillary bromhidrosis. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with axillary bromhidrosis admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to September 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 29 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 800 nm semiconductor laser, and the observation group was treated with subcutaneous injection of methylene blue combined with 800 nm semiconductor laser. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (96.55%) was higher than that in the control group (79.31%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (27.59%) was higher than that in the control group (17.24%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The DLQI score of the observation group at 6 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Methylene blue combined with 800 nm semiconductor laser in the treatment of axillary bromhidrosis is effective and practical, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and provides a safe, rapid and effective treatment option for axillary bromhidrosis patients.
