    目的:探究持续封闭负压引流技术联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor,rb-bFGF)冲管治疗对Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面愈合的影响。方法:回顾性分析2023年9月-2025年9月在桂林医学院附属医院接受诊治的92例Ⅱ度烧伤患者的临床资料。将采用持续封闭负压引流技术治疗的46例患者纳入对照组,将采用持续封闭负压引流技术+rb-bFGF冲管治疗的46例患者纳入观察组。比对治疗效果、VAS评分、创面愈合及并发症发生情况,分析联合治疗方案的临床价值。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的治疗总有效率(95.65%>80.43%)更高;VAS及VASS评分更低,创面平均愈合及完全溶痂时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,但二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论:在Ⅱ度烧伤患者的治疗中,联合应用持续封闭负压引流技术与rb-bFGF冲管治疗,能够在促进疼痛等不适症状改善和创面愈合的基础上,将并发症发生率降到最低。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the effect of continuous closed negative pressure drainage technology combined with Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) irrigation tube treatment on wound healing in patients with second-degree burns. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 92 patients with second-degree burns who were diagnosed and treated in Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from Septembe 2023 to September 2025. Forty-six patients treated with continuous closed negative pressure drainage technology were included in the control group, and 46 patients treated with continuous closed negative pressure drainage technology +rb-bFGF irrigation tube were included in the observation group. Compare the therapeutic effect, VAS score, wound healing and the occurrence of complications, and analyze the clinical value of the combined treatment plan. Result: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (95.65%>80.43%) was higher; The VAS and VASS scores were lower, and the average wound healing and complete scab dissolution time were shorter (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference between the two was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with second-degree burns, the combined application of continuous closed negative pressure drainage technology and rb-bFGF irrigation tube therapy can minimize the incidence of complications on the basis of promoting the improvement of uncomfortable symptoms such as pain and wound healing.
