Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicalapplicationvalueofall-ceramichigh-inlayrestorationinthetreatmentofdentaldefects.Methods:Atotalof86patientswithdentalarchdefectsadmittedtoourhospitalfromMarch2023toNovember2024wereselected.ThepatientswererandomlydividedintogroupA(43cases)andGroupB(43cases)byrandomnumbertablemethod.GroupAunderwentall-ceramiccrownrestoration,andgroupBunderwentall-ceramichigh-insetrestoration.Theclinicaltherapeuticeffects,periodontalhealth,inflammatoryresponseandaestheticappearanceofthepatientsinthetwogroupswereobserved.Results:ThecomparisonofthetotaleffectiveratesbetweenthetwogroupsshowedthatthetotaleffectiverateingroupAwas81.40%,whichwaslowerthanthatingroupB(97.67%)(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thegingivalindexandplaqueindexinbothgroupsdecreased,andthedecreaseingroupBwasmoresignificant(P<0.05).ThelevelsofCRPandIL-1βinbothgroupsdecreased,andthedecreasewasmoreobviousingroupB(P<0.05).TheaestheticevaluationscoresofpatientsingroupBaftertreatmentweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseingroupA,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inthetreatmentofdentalarchdefects,theuseofall-ceramichigh-inlayrestorationhasamoreobviouseffectcomparedtoall-ceramiccrownrestoration.Itisalsobeneficialtotheperiodontalhealthofpatients,inhibitsinflammatoryresponses,andenhancesaestheticappeal.
