Abstract:Objective: To analyse the effect of skin-soothing antipruritic cream combined with selenium disulfide lotion in patients with seborrhoeic dermatitis of the head. Methods: 100 patients with head seborrhoeic dermatitis were selected from 2023.1 to 2022.8 to Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital for treatment. According to the odd-even grouping method, it is divided into the research group (skin soothing anti-itch cream combined with selenium disulphide lotion) and the basic group (selenium disulphide lotion), n=50. Compare the improvement of symptoms, treatment effects, adverse reactions and quality of life between groups. Results: Before treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were compared (P>0.05); after treatment, the symptom scores of erythema, scale, seborrhoea, itching and skin lesion area in the study group were lower than those of the basic group (P<0.05), and the treatment effect of the research group was higher than that of the basic group (P<0.05); there was no difference in the adverse reactions of the two groups (P >0.05); Before treatment, the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared (P>0.05); after treatment, the quality of life score of the study group was lower than that of the basic group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of skin-soothing anti-itch cream combined with selenium disulphide lotion can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with head seborrhoeic dermatitis, improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life, and have good safety.
