人表皮生长因子凝胶联合湿润烧伤膏对皮肤烧烫伤患者创面修复情况的影响

    目的:研究皮肤烧烫伤患者采用人表皮生长因子凝胶结合湿润烧伤膏治疗的效果。方法:选取2023年6月至2025年6月期间在本院进行治疗的50例皮肤烧烫伤患者,随机均分为对照组(25例)实施湿润烧伤膏治疗;观察组(25例)采用人表皮生长因子凝胶联合湿润烧伤膏进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组表现出更优的创面修复疗效,其创面修复指标时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分较对照组降低(P<0.05),观察组促进修复的生长因子浓度较对照组上调,而炎症因子水平下调(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:人表皮生长因子凝胶与湿润烧伤膏的联合方案治疗烧烫伤患者展现出协同效应,通过加速创面修复、促进有益生长因子表达并抑制炎症反应,最终降低瘢痕形成风险,整体安全性可控。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To study the effect of human epidermal growth factor gel combined with MEBO in the treatment of skin burns. Method: Fifty patients with skin burns and scalds treated in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (25 cases) and treated with moist burn ointment; The observation group (25 cases) was treated with human epidermal growth factor gel combined with MEBO, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The observation group showed better wound repair efficacy, with shorter wound repair index time compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) score in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05), and the concentration of growth factors that promote repair was upregulated in the observation group, while the level of inflammatory factors was downregulated (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of human epidermal growth factor gel and MEBO has a synergistic effect in the treatment of burn and scald patients. By accelerating wound repair, promoting the expression of beneficial growth factors and inhibiting inflammatory reaction, the risk of scar formation is ultimately reduced, and the overall safety is controllable.
