Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen repair gel dressing on wound healing in patients with superficial second-degree burn. Methods A total of 80 patients with superficial second-degree burn admitted to the Department of Cosmetic Dermatology, Yunnan WISH BEAUTY Plastic Hospital from June 2022 to December 2024 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional moisture exposed burn ointment, and the study group was treated with recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen repair gel dressing. The wound healing, treatment effect and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the wound healing rate at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group (95.00%) was higher than that in the control group (75.00%) (P <0.05). The VAS scores of the study group at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen repair gel dressing in the treatment of patients with superficial second-degree burn is good, which can effectively improve the wound healing rate, shorten the wound healing time, accelerate the recovery speed, and reduce pain. It is worthy of clinical application.
