Objective: To study the development and clinical application value of midface lifting techniques through the incision approach of the lower eyelid margin. Method: Fifty patients who underwent moderate facial lift from October 2024 to October 2025 were selected as samples. Through the random number table method, the 50 cases were divided into two groups of 25 cases each. The group names were set as the study group (implementing the middle facial lifting technique through the incision approach of the lower eyelid margin) and the control group (PDS line lifting and wrinkle removal surgery). Result: The aesthetic improvement and wrinkle grading scores of the study group were both lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The fluctuations of the Face-Q scores in both groups were significantly improved, and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The comparison of the incidence of complications showed that the proportion in the study group was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The middle facial lifting technique performed through the incision approach of the lower eyelid margin has a good therapeutic effect. It can effectively improve the facial beauty effect for patients, and has high safety and a low incidence of complications.
