Abstract:【】 Objective To explore the construction pathways for aesthetic medicine training bases under the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education” (referred to as “Dual-Creation” Education) background, aiming to promote their transformation from traditional teaching centers into comprehensive talent cultivation platforms. Methods Based on the perspective of Dual-Creation Education, this paper systematically analyzes issues concerning the spatial layout, curriculum integration, cultural education, faculty structure, and management mechanisms of the training bases. It proposes a four-in-one construction pathway encompassing “space—curriculum—faculty—mechanism” and constructs a three-dimensional safeguard system involving “policy—resources—industry”. Results A systematic plan focusing on environment reconstruction, integration of specialty and innovation education, a dual-qualification teaching team, and innovative evaluation has been formulated. Specific strategies for transforming training bases into innovation practice and education platforms are clarified. Conclusion This construction pathway can effectively enhance the innovative literacy and practical abilities of aesthetic medicine professionals, providing sustainable talent support for the high-quality development of the aesthetic medicine industry.
