Abstract:To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive health guidance combined with mindfulness nursing in treating seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp with red, blue, and yellow light therapy. Methods: A total of 70 patients with seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp, treated between June 2022 and June 2025, were randomly assigned to either the control group (standard care) or the observation group (comprehensive health guidance + mindfulness nursing), with 35 patients in each group. The psychological status, clinical symptom scores, and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups. Results: Pre-treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores or psychological status between the two groups (p>0.05). Post-treatment, the observation group showed significantly lower symptom scores and psychological status scores compared to the control group (p<0.05), while demonstrating higher nursing compliance (p<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing comprehensive health guidance combined with mindfulness nursing during red, blue, and yellow light therapy for seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp effectively reduces psychological burden, enhances treatment adherence, promotes healthy behaviors, and leads to sustained clinical improvement. This nursing model demonstrates clinical applicability.
