Abstract:Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of negative pressure vibration mechanical stimulation technology combined with rehabilitation therapy on female patients with episiotomy skin scar. Methods A total of 72 patients with episiotomy skin scar admitted to Jiangsu Province Hospital from January to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group was given negative pressure vibration mechanical stimulation technology on the basis of the control group. The scar condition, perineal pain degree and vaginal contractility were compared between the two groups. Results The VSS score of the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The vaginal contractility of the observation group at 2 weeks after treatment [(1.82±0.61)kPa] and at 4 weeks after treatment [(2.18±0.62)kPa] were higher than those of the control group [(1.70±0.50)kPa, (1.92±0.54)kPa, respectively], but the differences were not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion For female patients with episiotomy skin scar, negative pressure vibration mechanical stimulation technology combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve scar condition, relieve pain degree, and enhance perineal contractility.
