Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of stromal vascular fraction gel (SVF-gel) combined with injectable platelet-rich fibrin (i-PRF) in the treatment of facial depressed scar. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial depressed scar admitted to Hexi District Zhiyan Medical Cosmetology Clinic from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given SVF-gel transplantation, and the observation group was treated with i-PRF on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (90.00%) was higher than that in the control group (63.33%) (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The SVF-gel combined with i-PRF scheme is a safe and effective method for the treatment of facial depressed scar, which can effectively fill tissues, improve patient satisfaction, without increasing the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
