Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of high-density lipotransfer (HD-Lipo) combined with stromal vascular fraction gel (SVF-gel) in the correction of postoperative breast depression. Methods A total of 80 patients with postoperative breast depression admitted to Yanta Medical Beauty Clinic, Xi'an Weilaimei Medical Beauty Co., Ltd. from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple HD-Lipo, and the observation group was treated with HD-Lipo combined with SVF-gel. The depression improvement degree, breast shape, breast tactile sensation recovery, complication rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The depression improvement rates of the observation group at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The breast shape score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The good recovery rate of breast tactile sensation in the observation group (92.50%) was higher than that in the control group (75.00%) (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (5.00%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%) (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (97.50%) was higher than that of the control group (85.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of HD-Lipo combined with SVF-gel in the correction of postoperative breast depression is better than that of simple HD-Lipo treatment. It has better effects on improving breast depression, reducing the incidence of complications, optimizing breast shape and tactile sensation, a nd is beneficial to improving patient satisfaction.
