Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of refined perioperative management on negative emotions and stress indicators in patients undergoing body sculpture liposuction. Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent body sculpture liposuction in Shenzhen Jumei Boyue Medical Beauty Clinic from February 2022 to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 31 patients in each group. The reference group received conventional nursing management, and the experimental group received refined perioperative management. The negative emotions, stress indicators, intraoperative adverse events, postoperative complication rate and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group after intervention were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The levels of norepinephrine and C-reactive protein in the experimental group after intervention were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of intraoperative adverse events in the experimental group (3.23%) was lower than that in the reference group (25.81%) (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group (0) was lower than that in the reference group (16.13%) (P <0.05). The intervention satisfaction rate in the experimental group (96.77%) was higher than that in the reference group (74.19%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of refined perioperative management in patients undergoing body sculpture liposuction has a good effect, which can effectively reduce patients' negative emotions, improve their stress indicators, help to reduce intraoperative adverse events, lower the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
