Abstract:Objective To analyze the facial soft tissue contour morphology of East Asian females. Methods A total of 500 East Asian female patients with facial fat reshaping who had the highest postoperative satisfaction in Beijing HEMEA+ Medical Cosmetology Clinic from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. Their postoperative frontal facial photos were collected, and key indicators such as facial length and facial width in all photos were measured by Photoshop image processing software. Pearson correlation analysis was performed on the measurement results by SPSS 27.0 statistical software. Results After measuring the indicators related to facial soft tissue in 500 East Asian females, it was found that the range of line C was the largest, while the ranges of AO and BO were relatively small. The average ratio of AB∶M was 1.361∶1. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations of varying degrees between all measurement indicators, among which the correlation between AO and BO was the highest (r =0.912), and the correlation between line N and line M was also relatively high (r =0.895). Conclusion There are certain individual differences in the facial soft tissue contour morphology of East Asian females. Line C shows large differences, while AO and BO show small differences, and the ratio of facial length to facial width is 1.361∶1.
