Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of facial contour rejuvenation with Concentrated Growth Factor (CGF)+Autologous Fat Transplantation (AFT) on patients' skin condition and facial contour. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent facial contour rejuvenation in Yanta Medical Beauty Clinic, Xi'an Weilaimei Medical Beauty Co., Ltd. from October 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (n =40) and the experimental group (n =40) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with AFT, and the experimental group was treated with CGF+AFT. The clinical efficacy, skin condition, facial contour parameters, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group (95.00%) was higher than that in the control group (77.50%) (P <0.05). The scores of elasticity and moisture in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The dark spot score in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The lower facial length in the two groups after treatment was longer than that before treatment, and that in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Facial contour rejuvenation with CGF+AFT can improve the therapeutic effect, ameliorate patients' skin condition, optimize facial contour parameters, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
