Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Advanced Optimal Pulse Technology (AOPT) combined with preoperative soothing active ingredient introduction on skin status in patients with sensitive skin. Methods A total of 60 patients with sensitive skin admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (30 patients) and the experimental group (30 patients) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with AOPT, and the experimental group was treated with AOPT combined with preoperative soothing active ingredient introduction. The facial skin status (hemoglobin content, ITA-a, skin glossiness) and skin symptom improvement scores were compared between the two groups. Results The skin hemoglobin content and ITA-a of the two groups at 14 and 28 days after operation were lower than those before operation, and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The skin glossiness of the two groups at 14 and 28 days after operation was higher than that before operation, and that of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The skin symptom improvement scores in the experimental group immediately after operation and at 28 days after operation were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of preoperative soothing active ingredient introduction before AOPT in patients with sensitive skin can optimize the skin status, help to promote the improvement of skin symptoms, and is worthy of clinical application.
