    目的 探讨超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合强脉冲光治疗增生性瘢痕对患者皮肤严重程度和皮肤美观 度的影响。方法 通过随机数字表法将2023年1月-2024年12月在深圳市第二人民医院皮肤科接受治疗的 80例增生性瘢痕患者分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组采用超脉冲点阵CO2激光治疗,观察组采 用超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合强脉冲光治疗,比较两组皮肤严重程度、皮肤美观度、临床疗效及患者 满意度。结果 观察组治疗后mVSS各项评分和皮肤美观度各项评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观 察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P <0.05);观察组满意度(92.50%)高于对照组 (72.50%)(P <0.05)。结论 为增生性瘢痕患者实施强脉冲光联合超脉冲点阵CO2激光治疗,可改善患 者皮肤严重程度,提高美观度与临床疗效,得到患者广泛认可。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with intense pulsed light on skin severity and skin aesthetics in patients with hypertrophic scar. Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertrophic scar who received treatment in the Department of Dermatology, the Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2023 to December 2024 were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser, and the observation group was treated with ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with intense pulsed light. The skin severity, skin aesthetics, clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each item of mVSS and skin aesthetics in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (95.00%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group (92.50%) was higher than that in the control group (72.50%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of intense pulsed light combined with ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser for patients with hypertrophic scar can alleviate skin severity, enhance aesthetics and clinical efficacy, and is widely recognized by patients.
