Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of photorejuvenation combined with compound acid in the treatment of patients with enlarged facial pores. Methods A total of 68 patients with enlarged facial pores who were treated in Huai'an Maternity and Children Health Hospital from August 2022 to April 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the reference group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with photorejuvenation, and the observation group was treated with photorejuvenation combined with compound acid. The skin detection results, intervention effect and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of pores, texture and red area in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (97.06%) was higher than that of the reference group (76.47%) (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the reference group (79.41%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of photorejuvenation combined with compound acid in patients with enlarged facial pores has a definite effect, which can effectively improve skin condition. Its treatment effect is better than that of single photorejuvenation treatment, which is conducive to improving patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
