    目的 探讨在牙体缺损修复中应用Dyract复合材料的效果。方法 选取苏州卫生职业技术学院附属 口腔医院2022年6月-2024年12月收治的80例牙体缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各 40例。对照组采用光固化复合树脂填充材料进行口腔修复,研究组采用Dyract复合材料进行口腔修复,比 较两组牙周指数、牙周组织情况、不良事件发生率及修复满意度。结果 研究组修复后PLI、AL、GI均低 于对照组(P <0.05);研究组龈沟出血指数、龈沟液量、龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(17.50%)(P <0.05); 研究组边缘着色、固位、色泽、外观形态、边缘密合满意占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Dyract复合 材料在牙体缺损修复中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者的牙周指数及牙周组织情况,有利于降低不良事 件发生率,提升修复满意度,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of Dyract composite material in the restoration of tooth defect. Methods A total of 80 patients with tooth defect admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Suzhou Vocational Health College from June 2022 to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with light-curing composite resin filling material for oral restoration, and the study group was treated with Dyract composite material for oral restoration. The periodontal indexes, periodontal tissue status, adverse event rate and rest oration satisfaction were compared between the tw o groups. Results After restoration, the PLI, AL and GI in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The sulcus bleeding index, gingival crevicular fluid volume, and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and aspartate transaminase (AST) in gingival crevicular fluid in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the study group (2.50%) was lower than that in the control group (17.50%) (P <0.05). The satisfaction rates of no marginal staining, retention, color, appearance and marginal adaptation in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Dyract composite material has a definite effect in the restoration of tooth defect. It can effectively improve the periodontal indexes and periodontal tissue status of patients, help to reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve restoration satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
