Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of SRT-100 superficial X-ray combined with Scar Anti-itch Softening cream on skin aesthetics in patients with postoperative scars. Methods A total of 110 patients with postoperative scars admitted to the Department of Dermatology, China-Japan Friendship Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods, with 55 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Scar Anti-itch Softening cream, and the observation group was treated with SRT-100 superficial X-ray combined with Scar Anti-itch Softening cream. The skin aesthetics, scar condition and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the OSAS and PSAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After 1 and 3 months of treatment, the VSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of SRT-100 superficial X-ray combined with Scar Anti-itch Softening cream in patients with postoperative scars has a good effect, which can effectively improve scar condition, has positive significance for enhancing skin aesthetics, and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
