Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of IEES multidimensional support intervention on scar recovery and psychological state of patients undergoing surgical cosmetic suture. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent surgical cosmetic suture in our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received IEES multidimensional support intervention. The rehabilitation indexes, scar recovery, psychological state, nursing satisfaction and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in wound suture removal time and wound healing time between the two groups (P >0.05). After nursing, the scar recovery score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the SES score was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 79.49% of the control group (P <0.05). The compliance rate of the observation group was 92.31%, which was higher than 74.36% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion IEES multidimensional support intervention for patients undergoing surgical cosmetic suture can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, reduce scar formation, improve psychological state and enhance compliance.
