Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of medical recombinant collagen+CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of patients with skin scar. Methods A total of 103 patients with skin scar admitted to Handan Zhongjie Dermatology Clinic Co., Ltd. from March 2020 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the reference group (51 patients) and the study group (52 patients) by the random number table method. The reference group was treated with CO2 fractional laser, and the study group was treated with medical recombinant collagen combined with CO2 fractional laser. The repair effect, complications, quality of life and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of repair in the study group (98.08%) was higher than that in the reference group (84.31%) (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of each item in the Short Form Health Survey in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of medical recombinant collagen +CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of skin scar can improve the repair effect, with high repair safety, and it is helpful to enhance patients' quality of life and improve satisfaction.
