Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of phased sunscreen nursing on scar improvement in acne patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 100 acne patients who underwent skin laser cosmetic surgery in the Department of Dermatology, Suzhou Kowloon Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (conventional nursing) and the study group (phased sunscreen nursing) by the simple randomization method, with 50 patients in each group. The scar improvement, wound outcome time, facial aesthetics and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scar improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The pain duration, descrustation time and erythema duration of the study group were shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). The score of facial aesthetics in the study group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of phased sunscreen nursing support in acne patients undergoing skin laser cosmetic surgery is helpful to improve the scar repair effect, shorten the wound outcome time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and thus further improve facial aesthetics.
