Objective To explore the effect of whole-process seamless nursing management on ocular aesthetics in patients undergoing eye bag plastic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing eye bag plastic surgery admitted to Langfang Guangyang District Ophthalmology Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received whole-process seamless nursing management. The clinical efficacy, nursing quality, complication rate and ocular aesthetics were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (78.00%) (P <0.05). The nursing quality scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (4.00%) was lower than that in the control group (18.00%) (P <0.05). The ocular aesthetics scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of whole-process seamless nursing management in eye bag plastic surgery can effectively improve clinical efficacy and nursing quality, enhance the effect of ocular aesthetics, and reduce the risk of complications.
