Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of sunscreen nursing based on comfort concept after laser cosmetic surgery for facial pigmented nevus. Methods A total of 90 patients with facial pigmented nevus who underwent laser cosmetic surgery in the 72nd Group Army Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from October 2023 to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different nursing plans, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received sunscreen nursing based on comfort concept. The wound recovery indicators, negative emotions, pain degree, comfort level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The redness and swelling regression time, descrustation time and wound healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The score of VAS in the experimental group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, and the GCQ score was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of sunscreen nursing based on comfort concept after laser cosmetic surgery for facial pigmented nevus has a good effect. It can effectively promote wound recovery, alleviate patients' negative emotions and pain degree, help to improve patients' comfort level, and thus promote the improvement of their quality of life.
