Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional health education based on mobile platform on treatment compliance and self-care ability in patients with acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 195 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Dongguan Binhaiwan Central Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (n =97) and the observation group (n =98) by the random number table method. The control group received conventional outpatient health education, and the observation group received multi-dimensional health education based on mobile platform. The treatment compliance, self-care ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the Morisky score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (98.98%) was higher than that of the control group (91.75%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Multi-dimensional health education based on mobile platform can improve the treatment compliance of patients with acne vulgaris, help to further enhance their self-care ability, and achieve high patient satisfaction with nursing services, which is worthy of clinical application.
