    摘要:

    瘢痕组织是皮肤损伤后自然修复过程中的常见产物,其形成机制涉及多种生物学进程。瘢痕不 仅对患者外观造成影响,还严重降低患者生活质量。在当前临床实践中,单一治疗模式如激光治疗或药物 治疗虽已展现出良好的治疗效果,但各自都存在一定的局限性,难以完全满足瘢痕治疗的临床需求。近年 来,激光联合药物治疗的综合方案逐渐受到关注。这种联合治疗策略通过充分发挥激光与药物的协同增 效作用,从多个病理环节同时干预瘢痕形成过程,在改善瘢痕外观、质地及功能恢复等方面表现出良好优 势。本文旨在系统综述激光联合药物疗法治疗瘢痕的最新研究进展,深入探讨其作用机制,并为临床瘢痕 治疗提供全面理论依据和创新性治疗思路。

    Abstract:

    Scar tissue is a common product of the natural repair process after skin injury, and its formation mechanism involves a variety of biological processes. Scar not only affects the patient's appearance, but also significantly reduces their quality of life. In current clinical practice, single treatment modalities such as laser therapy or drug therapy have shown good therapeutic effects, but each has certain limitations and is difficult to fully meet the clinical needs of scar treatment. In recent years, the comprehensive scheme of laser combined with drug therapy has gradually attracted attention. This combined treatment strategy exerts the synergistic effect of laser and drugs, intervenes in the scar formation process from multiple pathological links simultaneously, and shows significant advantages in improving scar appearance, texture and functional recovery. This paper aims to systematically review the latest research progress of laser combined with drug therapy in scar treatment, deeply explore its mechanism of action,and provide a comprehensive theoretical basis and innovative treatment ideas for clinical scar treatment.
