    目的 探讨针对小儿上颌前牙埋伏阻生采用外科导萌辅助正畸矫治的效果。方法 选取2021年 2月-2024年9月我院收治的70例上颌前牙埋伏阻生患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(35例) 和研究组(35例)。对照组采用外科导萌治疗,研究组采用外科导萌辅助正畸矫治,比较两组矫治效 果、时间相关指标、疼痛程度、牙周状况、并发症发生率。结果 研究组总有效率(97.14%)高于对照 组(80.00%)(P<0.05);研究组破龈时间、埋伏牙萌出时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后1、 3个月VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后6个月附着龈宽度、厚度及唇侧骨板厚度高于对照 组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%(P<0.05)。结论 针对小儿上颌 前牙埋伏阻生应用外科导萌辅助正畸矫治有助于促进患牙萌出,减轻疼痛程度,提高矫治效果,改善预 后,降低并发症发生风险。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of surgical guided eruption assisted orthodontics treatment in maxillary anterior impacted teeth in children. Methods A total of 70 children with maxillary anterior impacted teeth admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (35 children) and the study group (35 children) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with surgical guided eruption, and the study group was treated with surgical guided eruption assisted orthodontics treatment. The orthodontics effect, time-related indicators, eruption time of impacted teeth, pain intensity, periodontal status and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group (97.14%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05). The gingival breakthrough time and eruption time of impacted teeth in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of VAS in the study group at 1 and 3 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The attached gingival width, attached gingival thickness and labial bone plate thickness of the study group at 6 months after treatment were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.86%, which was lower than 17.14% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of surgical guided eruption assisted orthodontics treatment in children with maxillary anterior impacted teeth is helpful to promote the eruption of impacted teeth, reduce pain intensity, improve treatment effect, optimize prognosis, and lower the risk of complications.
