Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of small incision liposuction combined with continuous buried suture technique on incision healing time in patients with asymmetric double eyelids. Methods A total of 60 patients with asymmetric double eyelids diagnosed and treated in the Beigou Health Center from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment methods, with 30 patients in each group. The control group underwent double eyelid plasty, and the study group underwent small incision liposuction combined with continuous buried suture technique. The clinical efffcacy, clinical indicators and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and incision healing time of the study group were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of small incision liposuction combined with continuous buried suture technique in the treatment of asymmetric double eyelids can shorten the operation time and incision healing time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, improve the treatment effect, and has good safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
